Deborah Mack: Hudson Valley Hero
As a 15 year-old girl, Dutchess County resident Deborah Mack joined up with Landmark Volunteers and dedicated weeks of hard labor to performing trail maintenance at Scenic Hudson's Mount Beacon Park. Thanks to volunteers like Deborah, thousands of people get to enjoy the natural beauty of the Hudson River every year.
Deborah Mack: revitalizing trails for others to enjoy
“Two weeks fixing trails at Mount Beacon was great. The experience brought to life the valley’s history and beauty. I’ll stay involved with the river.”
