New York State Energy Plan - June 2002
The Energy Plan is a blueprint to inform energy decision-making and help ensure that: customers have the ability to choose energy products and services; a secure and well-maintained energy infrastructure is provided; the state's transportation system becomes more energy-efficient; and adequate energy supplies are available.

Article X
Enacted in 1992, Article X of the New York State Public Service Law sets forth a review process in New York State for consideration of any application to construct and operate an electric generating facility with a capacity of 80 megawatts or more.
