2002 New York State Open Space Conservation Plan.
The Open Space Conservation Plan is a blueprint for continuing progress in preserving critical lands and protecting New York's precious natural resources. Scenic Hudson serves on the Open Space Committee and was instrumental in securing farmland as a priority project in the new plan.
