Coxsackie, Greene County - This 7.6-acre riverfront preserve, once slated for development, now offers a picturesque shoreline, tranquil inland pond and 60-foot ridge that provides dramatic vistas.
The preserve once housed an icehouse during the height of the historic ice industry along the Hudson River. Development of the property occurred in 1992 by The Scenic Hudson Land Trust, the Town of Coxsackie and the Greene County Soil and Water Conservation District. |
