Hyde Park Trail Path
Hyde Park, Dutchess County - Scenic Hudson was instrumental in creating this 8.5-mile trail system along the Hudson River. It links three National Historic Sites - Vanderbilt Mansion, Springwood (Franklin D. Roosevelt's home) and Val-Kill (Eleanor Roosevelt's home) - with the town's Riverfront Park.

Southfields Furnace
Tuxedo, Orange County - Remains of a 19th century iron furnace can be seen at this 490-acre park. Emergency stabilization has prevented collapse of this icon of a bygone industrial era. Owned by The Scenic Hudson Land Trust and managed by the Palisades Interstate Park Commission (PIPC), the park features trails built by the New York-New Jersey Trail Conference.

Cornwall, Orange County - Saved from development by The Scenic Hudson Land Trust, this historic 178-acre farm is leased to the Museum of the Hudson Highlands, a private non-profit institution dedicated to the natural and the cultural history of the Hudson Highlands. The Museum offers natural history exhibits and environmental education programming.

Esopus, Ulster County - Enjoy views of the Esopus Meadows Lighthouse and historic Mills Mansion from this 0.7-acre riverfront property. The Scenic Hudson Land Trust donated the parcel to the Town of Esopus. In return the town agreed to a conservation easement on the land, so the area will forever remain a park. Connects to Esopus Meadows Point Preserve & Environmental Center.

Moodna Creek Marsh
New Windsor, Orange County - Embark by canoe or kayak south on the Hudson River from the state-owned Kowawese Unique Area to the mouth of Moodna Creek and the historic homestead of one of Gen. George Washington's lieutenants (house not open to public). The Scenic Hudson Land Trust conveyed 60 acres of the marsh to the DEC in 2000 but retained the historic 1735 Squire Nicoll house and five acres.
