Final Environmental Impact Statement for Long Dock Beacon Available Online

A Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) seeking waterfront development approvals for the Long Dock Beacon project in the city of Beacon (Dutchess) has been accepted by the City of Beacon Planning Board.
Approvals for the Long Dock Beacon development project are being sought by the Scenic Hudson Land Trust, Inc (property owner) and Long Dock Beacon Associates, LLC (developer) as co-applicants. The FEIS document consists of six chapters, six appendices and a plan set. It was prepared by Matthew D. Rudikoff Associates, Inc. of Beacon.
