Our Work in Sleepy Hollow

Any developer that comes forward with a new proposal will face citizen concerns about overcrowding:

  1. A development with too many units for the site.
  2. More units means more traffic.

Scenic Hudson sees some potential solutions

  1. A 750-unit development would have a density similar to the adjacent lower village.
  2. Existing streets can better support this level of density.

“We're deeply concerned by the density of this project, which would increase the village population by a third.”
