New videos: Ned Sullivan on Mother Nature Network
As part of its "Love of the Land" series, newly-launched environmental Web site Mother Nature Network (MNN) has produced two segments about Scenic Hudson and its work.
Chuck Leavell and Ned talk about smart growth, brownfields and conservation easements in the Hudson Valley.
"Love of the Land" is hosted by Chuck Leavell, MMN's Director of Environmental Affairs (and world-famous rock and roll keyboardist). In the first video, Chuck interviews Scenic Hudson President Ned Sullivan about how smart growth and conservation easements are playing a role in Hudson Valley land conservation. In the second, Ned reviews Scenic Hudson's history of environmental advocacy, land conservation and parks creation.
Chuck Leavell and Ned talk about Scenic Hudson's founding and how we've progressed to our current efforts in land preservation.
