Public Policy and Special Projects Analyst
Althea Mullarkey provides analysis and research support for the Scenic Hudson's advocacy campaigns. She coordinates efforts with multiple partner organizations throughout the Hudson Valley and serves as Scenic Hudson’s representative on the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Community Advisory Group, which helps oversee the PCB cleanup of the Hudson River. Previously, Ms. Mullarkey was the confidential assistant to the supervisor of Montgomery, one of Orange County's fastest-growing towns, and held several positions at the State University of New York at New Paltz. She studied at Monterey Peninsula College in California and Pace University in Westchester County.
