Explore the Hudson River shoreline and express your creativity with Scenic Hudson Educator Kate Phipps and artist Audra Wolowiec. Participants will receive a notebook including a map, activities to engage the senses and writings about water. At several locations on the self-guided walk, you can lend your artistry to collaborative drawings inspired by Dia artist Michelle Stewart and the ever-changing landscape along the river.

About Dia: Located on the banks of the Hudson River, Dia:Beacon presents Dia Art Foundation’s collection of art from the 1960s to the present. In addition to Dia’s permanent holdings of artworks by some of the most significant artists from the last half century, including John Chamberlain, Dan Flavin, Donald Judd, Sol LeWitt, Agnes Martin, Richard Serra and Robert Smithson, the museum presents special exhibitions and installations.
