DESCRIPTION:For everyone’s safety\, the Let’s Bike Hudson Valley event in Newburgh is cancelled due to the weather. There is no rain date for this event. We apologize for the inconvenience and hope to see you at another community event soon. \nCycling is an excellent exercise that can connect people to nature and help reduce stress\, anxiety\, and depression by lowering cortisol and producing more “feel good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun! \nThis FREE Sister City partner bicycle ride aims to introduce people of all ages to the many physical and mental benefits of cycling. (Plus – free swag and demonstrations!) \nBike with us as we head to the Newburgh Waterfront and then the Library\, a solid 5-mile loop! \n\nArrive at 10:30 am for a FREE tune-up with Bikeway Bicycles!\nRide will push off at 12 pm.\n\nPlease note: In the event of rain or a high chance of precipitation\, this ride will be cancelled. \nPedal on!
