Audra joined Scenic Hudson in 2024 to take the helm of the organization’s Human Resources (HR). She brings a mix of strategic and tactical expertise to the role, which oversees employee relations, talent management, and HR compliance.

Audra’s career has spanned a variety of for-profit and nonprofit environments. Most recently, Audra was the HR director for the City of Newburgh where she supported more than 300 employees. She has also overseen grant-funded programs for a Hudson Valley nonprofit, and founded and served as CEO of a company that sells robotic vacuum parts.

Audra earned a B.S. from Cornell University, a M.S. in HR Management from Mercy University, and a J.D. from the University of San Diego. She is a certified Senior Professional in HR (SPHR).
