Scenic Hudson Board Member
Jennifer has experience in project planning, development, implementation, strategy, economic development, sustainability, resiliency, operations, and marketing. She has twenty years of experience in the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors ranging from community-based initiatives to multi-billion-dollar private/public projects. She was recently named Senior VP at Turner & Townsend, a consulting group that assists real estate, infrastructure, and natural resources sectors to “transform performance for a green, inclusive and productive world.” Her role at Turner & Townsend is the head of Government Services for NYS. She was formerly with NYC Economic Development Corporation and previously served as Special Advisor to the NYS Senate. She also worked as Director of Strategic Initiatives and Sustainability at AECOM, a global engineering firm, provider of professional technical and management support services for public- and private-sector clients around the world. Prior to joining AECOM, Jennifer was VP of Subsidiary Development for the Empire State Development Corporation where she oversaw projects such as the Moynihan Station Development, Javits Convention Center, and Brooklyn Bridge Park. Her parents, Daniel (deceased) and Edith Ehrlich, have been longstanding supporters of Scenic Hudson through the Daniel J. and Edith A. Ehrlich Family Foundation. Her husband, David Rimmer, is a business aviation executive and entrepreneur. He is CEO of the AB Aviation Group and serves on the board of Hopscotch Air. Previously, he was a broadcast industry executive at Bloomberg LP, Sony, ABC, and NBC.
