POUGHKEEPSIE—Dutchess County Executive Marcus Molinaro has proposed the creation of a new county park offering universal access to trails and boating on 230 acres originally protected by Scenic Hudson. The land in East Fishkill surrounds Lake Walton and is adjacent to the Dutchess Rail Trail.
