Scenic Hudson Invited to Present to Hudson Valley Economic Development Corporation

On April 8, 2021,  President Ned Sullivan and Director of Environmental Advocacy and Legal Affairs Hayley Carlock presented “INVESTING IN OUR BETTER NATURE: Our Work to Make the Hudson Valley a Safe and Welcoming Place for Everyone to Live, Work, Play and Create.” The webinar featured an overview of Scenic Hudson’s long history of protecting the Hudson Valley’s natural treasures and fighting for its future followed by an in-depth update on our current campaign to prevent the construction of a new fossil-fuel power plant on Danskammer point in the Town of Newburgh.
