Jason Camporese manages and directs the finances and investments of Scenic Hudson and its affiliated land trust, as well as the organization’s operations, human resources and information technology.

Prior to joining Scenic Hudson, Jason spent four years as finance director of the New York City-based nonprofit sports and fitness center Asphalt Green, where he played a key role in contract negotiations that led to the opening of a new facility. He also navigated the organization through major changes in nonprofit legislation, including the New York Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act and Nonprofit Revitalization Act of 2013. Jason began his career in public accounting, where he served as an audit manager and senior auditor focused mainly on nonprofits with firms in New York City and White Plains.

Jason earned his B.S. in accounting from the State University of New York at New Paltz. A certified public accountant, he is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA) and serves on the NYSSCPA committee on nonprofit organizations.
