The Deer Dilemma: How we got here and where we need to go

Share:

Join Partners for Climate Action Hudson Valley and Brendan Quirion, head deer and bear biologist for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation, for a FREE discussion on the science behind the impact of overabundant deer populations on our forests and ways we can turn the tide toward restoring balance. Quirion’s responsibilities as the chief big game biologist for New York and his background in forest conservation and research give him special insight into the many challenges facing our forests.

The lecture will take place at the Columbia-Greene Community College (4400 Route 23, Hudson, NY) and will also be available virtually. (Zoom registration link will be sent within your Eventbrite confirmation email.)
