The Scenic Hudson Land Trust Board Member
Ned is a retired investment banker. He spent 33 years at Dillon, Read & Co. Inc. and successor companies, where he was a managing director in corporate finance. He is a member of the board of Hudson Valley Shakespeare; a voting member at large of the board of New York-New Jersey Trail Conference; a member of the advisory board of Constitution Marsh Audubon Center and Sanctuary in Garrison, NY; and a director emeritus and former chair of the board of American Rivers. Ned and his wife, Martha C. Howell, live in New York City; Garrison, Putnam County; and Barton, Vermont, and both enjoy hiking, biking, and skiing. They have twin sons who are both outdoors enthusiasts.
