In partnership with Hudson Taconic Lands (HTL), we conserved 174 acres in the Village of East Nassau, known locally as Snake Mountain. HTL is working to turn the land into a public preserve so everyone can enjoy its twin-peaked hilltop, rocky cliffs, mixed upland forest, and dense hemlock groves that run down to Kinderhook Creek.
