Heather Hopkins is the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion Partners, a real-estate management company. She is a member of the Firm’s Executive Board. Heather is responsible for all portfolio and corporate financial activities for Clarion and oversees the firm’s information technology functions. She began at Clarion as the Chief Financial Officer of Clarion’s open-end core fund and the Head of Portfolio Accounting. Heather joined Clarion Partners in 2015 and she has been working in the real estate industry since 1996. Previously she was Chief Financial Officer at Pretium Partners, LLC and Chief Financial Officer at The Winter Organization. She earned a BS in Business Administration and a MS in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. Heather is a Certified Public Accountant in the State of New York. She is the board treasurer of the Hudson Valley Shakespeare and has served on the board since 2013. Heather and her husband, Derrick Hopkins, along with their two children have lived in Garrison since 2006.
