Rebecca serves as the General Counsel of the Centre Consortium. Previously, Rebecca was General Counsel at Mark43 and Associate General Counsel at Worldcoin. Before that, she practiced law at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP. Rebecca’s articles have appeared in the Columbia Law Review and UCLA Law Review. She received her BA from the University of Pennsylvania and her JD from UCLA School of Law, where she served as managing editor of the UCLA Law Review. Rebecca and Jared have three young daughters.
