Cycling is an excellent exercise that can connect people to nature and help reduce stress, anxiety, and depression by lowering cortisol and producing more “feel good” endorphins. Plus: It’s fun!
This FREE Sister City partner bicycle ride aims to introduce people of all ages to the many physical and mental benefits of cycling. (Plus – free swag and demonstrations!)
Bike with us as we head to the Newburgh Waterfront and then the Library, a solid 5-mile loop!
- Arrive at 10:30 am for a FREE tune-up with Bikeway Bicycles!
- Ride will push off at 12 pm.
