Scenic Hudson Park at Peekskill Landing

Reconnecting the city to a major player in its early growth.

PEEKSKILL, Westchester County (4.4 acres) — This site has changed with the city, going from a bustling wharf in the 18th and 19th centuries to the home of industry for much of the 20th. Thanks to Scenic Hudson’s protection of the property, it now has undergone a final transformation into a vibrant park featuring a shoreline boardwalk, a pedestrian footbridge leading to adjacent Riverfront Green Park, docks for kayaks and small watercraft, a gazebo and trellis, and trails for jogging, biking, walking and other outdoor activities. Keep your eyes peeled for bald eagles soaring over Peekskill Bay.

Scenic Hudson Park at Peekskill Landing is owned and maintained by the City of Peekskill. For inquiries, call 914-734-7275.
